The “Mooch Award” is now official!
Winter rules now apply !
————————————————————————————-
How a Mulli can be used:
A Mulli means you’re allowed to select either tee shot to play. It counts as using your Mulli. You can declare a Provisional Mulli prior to hitting your Mulli because you believe the 1st tee shot may be lost
*** The rule for the Provisional Mulli is if you do find your 1st tee shot, you “Must” play that tee shot but you are not charged with using a Mulli.
-
- Winter rules mean you can move the ball within 1 club length no closer to the hole even in a hazard but must stay in rough or hazard if ball lies there.
-
- The “Out of Bounds” stakes will have the same value as the Red Hazard stakes. If you can play it, play it with no penalty. If a drop is required the usual one stroke penalty will apply.
-
- Leaf/Snow (golf ball lost/hidden in apparent playable area) rule applies to the fairway and general rough. It should not unreasonably be applied to hazard areas. Play the ball from your best guess location with no penalty.
-
- One mulligan per side from the tee unless otherwise stated. You can will your mulligans, unless otherwise stated.
-
- Gimmes will be given when the ball rests within a short putter distance from the closest edge of the hole.
-
- Max score with all “Winter/Arctic” Tour events will be your ESC. (Your Index = Course Handicap)
- Max score with all “Winter/Arctic” Tour events will be your ESC. (Your Index = Course Handicap)
